Amazon seller account data accessed via SP-API (orders, fees, inventory, settlements) strictly to compute the analytics shown in the dashboard. We also collect the seller's business contact information (name, email) for account setup.
Solely to provide the margin-tracking and reconciliation service the seller signed up for.
Data is never sold or shared with third parties. It is not used for advertising or any purpose beyond the seller's own dashboard.
Sellers can request deletion of their data at any time by contacting contact@quokkapilot.com.
QuokkaPilot is operated by SAS CARYLIAN (France) and processes data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Data is processed under the contract with the seller (service provision). Sellers may exercise their access, rectification and deletion rights via contact@quokkapilot.com.
